Chocolate Cookies with Andre Mint Chips

I was pleasantly surprised to see Andre mint chocolate chips at the grocery store so I bought some and thought I would make chocolate cookies and add them.  They have a nice mellow mint flavor and were really good.  If you like the combination of mint and chocolate you should try them!  Click here for the recipe….
