Indonesian Pork Tenderloin

The sauce for the pork tenderloin has a hint of peanut butter with the other classic Asian ingredients of soy, ginger, and garlic.  The apricot jam and orange juice round the flavor out and make it very unique.  After you have marinated the pork and roasted it, reduce the marinade in a saucepan and add a cornstarch slurry if needed to thicken the sauce.  Serve it with jasmine or basmati rice and it’s a great meal.  Click here for the recipe….
