I love Madras curry and the combination of pork and apples is classic. Even people who say they don’t like curry (like my 93 year old father in law), like this dish. The recipe calls for heavy cream, but I often use low fat sour cream and it makes a nice creamy sauce with less calories (I’m not going to say it’s better than using cream!). Sweet perfumed Jasmine rice goes really well, or you can also serve it with wide egg noodles. Click here for recipe….
