This marinade and glaze is quick to put together and is delicious on this roasted pork tenderloin. Take marmalade, fresh ginger, orange juice and a little mustard and mix it together and marinate the pork for a few hours or overnight. While it roasts, baste it with the marinade glaze until it is cooked through. I like to roast the pork on a crimped piece of foil to make clean up easier. Always thinking of ways to do less dishes!
