Pork Tenderloin with Orange Rosemary Glaze

This marinade turns into a delicious glaze and is quick to put  together.  Cooking it on the foil makes for easy clean up ~  something I am always striving for!  Since I wasn’t in the mood for umbrella grilling, I just roasted it in the oven. This pork is good enough for company but also great for a 30 minute week night dinner.  You could also use a thick cut pork chop.  6 Weight Watchers points.  Click here for the recipe….
