- Sauteed Cabbage with Balsamic Glaze
- Serves 6
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 large cabbage, core removed, roughly chopped
- Balsamic glaze (optional)
In a large skillet add olive oil and add onion and saute until lightly browned. Add garlic,cabbage, salt and pepper and cook until lightly browned, about 10-12 minutes. Taste for seasoning and doneness to your liking. Transfer to a serving platter and drizzle with Balsamic glaze.
