Buffalo Chicken Dip

Buffalo Chicken Dip

  • Buffalo Chicken Dip
  • I bought a rotisserie chicken from the grocery store and shredded the meat for this dip.
  • Serves 12
  • 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Frank's Red Hot Original Cayenne Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Blue cheese plus 1/2 cup for topping
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • Serve with pita chips, potato chips or a veggie platter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a small casserole dish and set aside.

In a medium bowl, add all ingredients except 1/2 cup of the blue cheese and 1/4 cup cheddar cheese (to sprinkle on top) and mix well.

Put cream mixture in casserole dish and gently even the top. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup blue cheese and 1/4 cup cheddar cheese and bake for 20 minutes or until the top is nicely browned.
