- Feta and Lemon Dip with Pita Chips
- 8 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 tablespoon grated lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 6 tablespoons olive oil+ extra for serving
- ground pepper to taste
- fresh thyme
Place feta, lemon zest and juice, garlic, honey, olive oil and pepper in a mini food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
Spoon into a bowl and drizzle with a little olive oil and sprinkle with fresh thyme or any fresh herb for garnish.
