Feta and Lemon Dip with Pita Chips

Ingredients

  • Feta and Lemon Dip with Pita Chips
  • 8 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon grated lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil+ extra for serving
  • ground pepper to taste
  • fresh thyme

Instructions

Place feta, lemon zest and juice, garlic, honey, olive oil and pepper in a mini food processor or blender and blend until smooth.

Spoon into a bowl and drizzle with a little olive oil and sprinkle with fresh thyme or any fresh herb for garnish.
