Greek Salad Salsa with Pita Chips

Ingredients

  • Greek Salad Salsa with Pita Chips
  • Serves 6-
  • 1 large ripe tomato, seeded and chopped
  • 3 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cucumber, peeled, seeded, and coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 cup black olives, pitted and sliced
  • 1/4 cup minced fresh leaf flat parsley
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh oregano
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 oz. feta cheese, crumbles (1 1/2 cups)
  • Pita chips

Instructions

In a medium bowl and add all ingredients except the feta cheese and mix gently. Gently mix in the feta cheese and taste for seasoning.

Refrigerate until ready to use.
