- Baked Ham with Mango Chutney Glaze
- 1 spiral ham
- 3 garlic cloves, peeled
- 1 cup mango chutney
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons orange zest
- ¼ cup orange juice, or 2 tablespoons frozen concentrate
Preheat oven according to directions on spiral ham.
Follow instructions for baking the spiral ham. One hour before ham is finished cooking, add glaze and cook until the ham is fully cooked.
To make the glaze: In a food processor, add all ingredients and process until smooth. Pour glaze over ham and bake for 1 hour or until ham is fully heated and the glaze is well browned.
Remove to serving platter and serve.
