Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • Roasted Cauliflower
  • Serves 4-5
  • 1 cauliflower, greens trimmed
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • thyme
  • Preheat oven to 425 and place rack in lowest position.
  • Carefully slice the cauliflower into 4-5 pieces, about 1-inch thick. Drizzle some olive oil on a baking tray. Add the cauliflower and drizzle olive oil over cauliflower and then sprinkle, salt, pepper and thyme over each piece. Place in oven and roast for 5 minutes and turn over. Roast another 4-5 minutes or until the cauliflower is slightly browned on top and can easily be pierced with the tip of a knife.
  • Remove from oven and serve whole pieces.
