Chicken with Chili Sauce and Pineapple
This sauce is made with a bottle of chili sauce (which is not very spicy) and becomes sweet and sour with the addition of pineapple chunks, cider vinegar and brown sugar. I also add raisins for a bit of color contrast. You can use fresh pineapple, or an 8oz. can of pineapple chunks. I like to serve it over rice and it’s a 30 minute dinner and easy to put together.
