Moroccan Spice-Crusted Roast Pork Tenderloin

The Moroccan spices of coriander, mustard seeds, cumin, and sesame seeds give the crust a nice crunchy exterior and the yogurt marinates the tenderloin to make this pork a delicious entree.  Instead of grinding the spices, you keep the spices whole and roll the tenderloin over the spices and roast it so it’s easy to put together.  Serve it with couscous with fresh mint and lemon and roast some vegetables while the pork tenderloin is cooking.
